BBC's feature covering the Tranquility Bay program in Jamaica. Tranquility Bay is a WWASPS (WorldWide Association of Specialty Programs & Schools) "behavior modification" troubled teen program, now closed. WWASPS is a for-profit umbrella organisation who own a network of teen programs, many now closed due to allegations including abuse, neglect, and fraudulent educational accreditation.
